Database upgrades are performed at minimum four times per annum. Maxus support package includes the renewal of up to two domain names as required and on client notification. Websites hosted on Maxus servers are constantly monitored and any issues are reported and corrected immediately on detection

For one convenient fee you receive top-of-the-queue priority, reduced rates for data recovery services, and peace-of-mind. With our Priority support plan you get unlimited phone, E-mail, and fax technical support for 12 months for all products. Plus, we'll provide online access to program fixes as they become available.
Some customers need only occasional help with their software. Essential support gives you phone, E-mail, and fax support for all products for up to 5 separate incidents or 12 months, whichever comes first. Online access to program fixes, as they become available, is also included.
Pay Your Support
Technical support is also available on an "as needed" basis. You can purchase technical support for any of our software products by paying charge on visit basis. During your call you have the option to apply the charges for that call toward an essential or Priority support upgrade.
